A half day workshop designed to equip business owners with the necessary tools for completing and implementing a strategic business planning process.

Farm Business Management Workshop Series

A practical-based workshop series aimed to equip farm managers with the skills needed to run a business effectively from a financial and strategic perspective.

This gives farm managers the opportunity to gain the skills required to create a farm budget, navigate and effectively utilise accounting software, understand their farm performance, and benchmark their business.

The workshop series will suit those:
✓ Taking on the management of a farm business
✓ Looking to run their own business
✓ Wanting to pick up the necessary skills to advance their career.


Numbers are limited, with members limited to 8 participants per group.

Start dates: March/April (TBC)
